Automatic bag cutting has been developed by our company more than 20
years ago, but nothing existed up today to automatically pick bags from
different pallet at the same time, cut and empty them fully automaticaly.
Imagine to feed and extruder, a mixer or a process with several
components in batch or cotinuosly in a controlled feed rate.... SmartPick
can do it. Imagine to have a centralised station (even outside the
factory) for cuttin, dosing and delivering the product to the process....

Many patents are at the base of the system, well proven in a number of
industrial environmente: plastic, food, chemical, cement, glass,
recycling etc...
CMSmartPick is based on a six axis robot equpped with a patented gripper
and cntrolled by an innovative neural software. It is able to pick a bag
from 10Kgg up to 1000Kg weight, cut the package and empty the content
inside a dedicated hopper

•One or more stations to feed pallets
•A six axis robot, that thanks to a special hardware, sensors and
softwares identifies the bags and pick the up one per time

The system is conceived for an easy cleaning, and in case dedicated
hoppers are insatlled for dedicated products there's no need to clen it!
The sysetm is modular up to 40 pallets and 40 hoopers can be installed.
The different format of bags can be recognized by:
•Software SmartPick
•Self learning AI neural sw
•Artificial vision
The system can manage: single bags, batch of bags, dosing of defined
quantities of product. A weighing/dosing system can calculate the
quantity of fed product
A bar-code system can check the delivered products.
