NewbyCom – organisers of Fastening & Assembly Solutions Exhibitions
(www.fastening-solutions-exhibition.co.uk) are delighted to announce a
new venue for their March 11th event – now for the first time in the
London area at RAF Museum Hendon – just a few miles off the M25 and
easily accessible by rail. This new venue offers easy access from the
Home Counties and south east, enabling engineers from across the south to
meet and talk with the UK’s top fastening, adhesives and assembly
suppliers.
Explained Mark Newby, M.D. of organisers NewbyCom: “we are bringing the
successful specialist forum of Fastening & Assembly Solutions to design
and production engineers in the south so they can benefit from the walk-
in hands-on kind of problem solving that our exhibitors are able to
offer. This approach has proven highly successful in facilitating
immediate cost savings using everything from adhesives, bolts, clips,
plastic fasteners, latches, inserts, blind rivets, rivet nuts and self
clinching fasteners, to stainless steel fastenings, hinges, adhesive
tapes, captive fixings or clamps.”
Once again, visitors to the Fastening & Assembly Solutions Exhibition
will benefit from an inspiring environment of Britain’s aviation history,
where more than 100 aircraft with RAF connections are displayed on the
historic site of the original London Aerodrome. Particularly nostalgic
exhibits include the legendary Spitfire and Hawker Hurricane – which may
be seen almost 70 years to the day since the famous Battle of Britain
began.
Situated less than 20 minutes from the M1/M25 interchange, the RAF Museum
Hendon offers easy access and plenty of free parking. Pre-registered VIP
visitors will also benefit from a complementary luncheon voucher (valued
at £5). An exciting day out as well as access to some of the best
fastening providers in the business awaits all visitors whether they want
mechanical or chemical fixings, sophisticated components or advanced
adhesives. Further information can be found at www.fastening-solutions-
exhibition.co.uk.
